Pre Treatment

Minimal preparation needed

Avoid exposing the area to direct sunlight and always protect the skin with sunscreen.

Clients who are prone to hyperpigmentation or have medium to dark skin tones are encouraged by Dr Rudd to be using Dermaceutic C25 cream and Mela cream 2-4 weeks prior to treatment. For best results, use creams up until you appointment date. Available to purchase in clinic.

Aftercare

Mild heat and redness in areas is normal. Soothe any redness and sensitivity with Avene Tolerance soothing recovery cream and cleansing your face with Avene Tolerance Milk cleanser on that day of treatment

Please avoid for the next 3 days after treatment

  • exfoliation to area

  • excessive sweating (high intensity workouts)

  • very hot water to the face

  • using masks and exfoliating cleansers

  • exposing the area to direct sunlight
