Cosmetic Nurse Brooke’s daily skin care regime

Want to know what goes into a cosmetic nurse’s skincare regime?

My skin type has always been oily, prone to breakouts and pigmented. I put this down to bad skincare during my early years - the 1990’s - when SPF was terrible and tanning was seen as ‘healthy’. We all know now this is not true!

Here is a snippet of my regime at the moment. This is my winter regime, and it will change come summer time.

DAY TIME

Cleanse - water wash

Serum - One drop of the APOT.CARE B3 serum

Antioxidant - Rationale #2 The Hydragel

Moisturiser - Avene Tolerance Skin Recovery cream

SPF - Dermaceutic Laboratoire K-ceutic SPF

Sometimes makeup.

NIGHT TIME

Cleanse - 2 x 45sec CeraVe Foaming cleanser wash (might change to Rationale #5 The Cleanser soon)

Serum - alternate between Dermaceutic Laboratoire Mela cream and Rationale #5 The Serum

Moisturiser - if using Mela cream then Avene Tolerance Skin Recovery cream. If using Rationale #5 The Serum I will use Rationale #6 The Night Crème (the BEST night cream in the world)

Once a week – Eneomey hyaluronic masque

Monthly/Seasonally - Clinical peel and LED Healite
